This information is used for overall strategic operations, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Kinesics website, Kinesics App, and to the Kinesics Learning Management System. 

Kinesics may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Kinesics and its affiliates.

Kinesics may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinions of current products and services or potential new products and services that may be offered. 

Kinesics does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Kinesics holds your personal academic scores on all Kinesics tests private and confidential. Kinesics may list you as a Kinesics Qualified Professional only upon your consent. 

Kinesics may share data with Growth Engineering, the online learning management platform, to help perform statistical analysis, email or postal mail advertising, and to provide customer support. All third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services via Kinesics, and are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
